Terms
Terms
These cover using this website. They are not the terms of a client engagement — that is a separate agreement, signed before any work starts.
This page describes how this website actually works, written from the implementation rather than from a template. It has not been reviewed by a lawyer, and the items marked below still need information only the business can supply.

What these cover
These terms apply to browsing this website and submitting an enquiry through it. Nothing here creates a contract for services.
Any engagement is governed by a separate written agreement covering scope, fees, timelines, intellectual property and liability. Until that agreement is signed, no work is commissioned and no obligation exists on either side.
Enquiries
Submitting the enquiry form means your enquiry reached us. It is not an acceptance, a booking, a quotation, or a commitment to take on work — by either of us.
We aim to reply within one business day. That is an intention, not a guarantee.
The work shown on this site
The projects published under Work are labeled as concept projects. They are complete designs produced by this studio for invented businesses, made to demonstrate approach. They are not client engagements, and no outcome, result or endorsement is claimed for any of them.
Where client work is published in future, it will be labeled as such and published with that client’s permission.
Accuracy
We keep this site accurate, but it describes services and approach in general terms. Nothing on it is advice, and nothing on it is a warranty about a result in your situation.
No figure on this site describes a client outcome. Where numbers appear, they measure this website’s own build and can be re-measured.
Intellectual property
The content, design and code of this site belong to us, except where a third-party component is used under its own license.
Confirm the entity that owns this IP. It should match the entity named in the privacy notice.
Liability
Limits of liability for use of this website.
A liability clause appropriate to the jurisdiction, drafted by an adviser. A generic exclusion copied from another site is likely unenforceable and is not worth having.
Governing law
The law under which these terms are interpreted and disputes resolved.
Governing law and the courts with jurisdiction. This depends on where the entity is established and cannot be assumed — particularly for a studio working across several markets.
