Short version: the enquiry form is the only thing on this site that collects anything about you, and we use what it collects to reply to you.
This page describes how this website actually works, written from the implementation rather than from a template. It has not been reviewed by a lawyer, and the items marked below still need information only the business can supply.

Who is responsible
The legal entity operating this site and responsible for the data described here.
Registered company name, company number, registered address, and the contact address for privacy questions. Also the jurisdiction the entity is established in, which determines which rules apply.
What the enquiry form collects
When you submit an enquiry, the form sends exactly the fields you filled in, plus a small amount of context recorded automatically.
- Your name, company, work email, and phone number if you provide one
- Which service you selected and what you wrote in the message
- The page you were on and any campaign parameters in the URL
- The host of the site that referred you, if any — the host only, never the full address
- A one-way hash of your IP address, used for rate limiting. The address itself is never stored.
- Which version of this notice was displayed to you, and when
What it does not collect
There are no advertising trackers, no cross-site identifiers, and no profiling. The site sets no cookies of its own.
Cloudflare Turnstile runs on the enquiry form to tell people apart from automated submissions. It is designed not to track users across sites, and Cloudflare processes it under its own terms.
Why we hold it
To read your enquiry and reply to it, and to keep a record of business correspondence.
The lawful basis to state here — most commonly legitimate interest, or steps prior to entering a contract, for B2B enquiries. This is a determination for the business and its adviser, not a default that can be assumed.
Who else sees it
The enquiry is stored in our database, and a notification may be sent to the team so someone sees it promptly. It is not sold, rented, or shared for anyone else’s marketing.
The processors actually used in production and where they store data — the database host and its region, and the notification destination. These should be named once configured.
How long it is kept
Enquiries are retained as business correspondence.
A specific retention period, and what happens at the end of it. "As long as necessary" is not a retention policy.
Your rights
Depending on where you are, you may have the right to ask for a copy of what we hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted. Write to us and we will respond.
The contact address for these requests, the response window committed to, and the supervisory authority a complaint can be made to in the relevant jurisdiction.
Changes
If this notice changes materially, the version recorded against new enquiries changes with it, so it is always possible to establish which version someone was shown.
